By registering for or using A.I. Pando, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility

A.I. Pando provides AI-powered tools that create, schedule, and publish social media content across multiple platforms based on user-provided input.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You agree NOT to use A.I. Pando to:

• Violate intellectual property rights

5. Content Ownership & License
• You retain ownership of all content you provide to A.I. Pando
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, modify, and publish content on your behalf
• We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
A.I. Pando uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for quality and accuracy:
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication (unless you enable auto-approval)
6a. Marketing Results Disclaimer
A.I. Pando provides marketing services designed to increase your visibility and brand awareness across social media platforms. While we are committed to supporting your business growth, we do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, revenue targets, or measurable business results. The success of any marketing effort depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to your own business efforts, product or service quality, market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and audience behaviour. Any results discussed are illustrative and not a guarantee of future performance.
7. Automation & Posting Authorization
By enabling automated posting:
• You authorize A.I. Pando to publish content on your connected social media accounts
• You accept responsibility for all content posted through automation
• You can modify or disable automation settings at any time.
8. Payments & Billing
• All fees are billed as agreed upon at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
9. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the Service
• Required by law
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A.I. Pando shall not be liable for:
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Errors in AI-generated content
• Platform outages or third-party service disruptions
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
11. Third-Party Integrations
A.I. Pando integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., social media networks).
We are not responsible for:
• Changes to third-party APIs or policies
• Account suspensions or penalties imposed by those platforms
12. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and proprietary technology related to A.I. Pando are owned by the Company and protected by applicable laws.
You may not:
• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Resell or redistribute without written permission
13. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A.I. Pando from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
• Your use of the Service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
